Hate leaving bad reviews but I have long straight hair and asked for a trim with long layers which weren’t too choppy. Received extremely choppy layers with no blending at all, looked like a chunk of hair has been taken out at the back and was uneven

Hate leaving bad reviews like this but am unhappy with my hair. Salon was clean and hairdresser was friendly but am unhappy with the outcome of my haircut. Showed images of how I’d like my hair to look and asked for a trim with long layers added. I have only had layers added to just the back of my head (?) and layers that have been added are extremely blocky and aren’t blended into the rest of my hair. Rest of hair not even all the way around. Would be cautious when booking.

The head massage was amazing, and she cut my hair exactly as I wanted with lots of consultation along the way
