I asked for shorter hair but same style, as I have layers. But she gave me round hair at the back (not the shape I had) and I also asked for more layers but she said "no" as it would make my hair puffy...
But I know my hair and in other salons I asked for more layers and they always agree as they look great on me and not puffy. I now have to wait for my hair to grow again so I can go to another hairdresser to have it how I wanted. First time there & not returning.
