Chloe always does my hair. She strikes a great balance between being friendly and not talking just for the sake of it (as I often feel some hairdressers think they have to ask you where you're going, what you're doing, etc, out of politeness). She is very professional, excellent at hair colour, listens to what i want and is lovely too.

Absolutely perfect as per usual. The salon was super clean and everyone was well spaced out - it was great to see they had spare masks and hand gel on arrival too. I was really nervous about coming in, but felt completely at ease!
