I didn't have a chance to find out how Charlotte or anyone were.I had an email to change my appointment from 1pm to 2pm.Was just on my way when I had a call from the a
pprentice asking if I had long or short hair.I told her short and thick.I was then told Charlotte didn't do short hair only long hair and there was nobody else in the shop who did short hair either.
