Halfway through the treatment when the therapist was removing the lash perm lotion, the solution went into my eye and the treatment was abandoned. She did act quickly to flush it out. An appointment with the manager was offered, but I declined.

A really great pedicure - lovely neat job with great attention to detail. Kirsty (I think that’s her name?) was lovely to chat to and really personable. Waxing was quick efficient, effective and well done with minimal redness etc after. Really pleased.
