My sister and I both had appointments on the same day but different times for exactly the same thing, a manicure with plain polish. My sister paid £25 no hand massage or moisuriser used but 2 coats of polish. I paid £27 and had massage and moisuriser but one coat, go figure.
On arrival member of staff just sat using mobile phone which seems unprofessional. The lady that did the nails was pleasant enough but on at least 2 occasions had to ask staff to get her things she needed, not prepared.

Catherine is fantastic. She’s great company and most importantly very talented! After my appointment I went to a party full of people in the beauty industry, and they all commented on what a fab job she did!
