Eyebrow Waxing
All my nails have been damaged by their method of gel removal. I’ve had other salons leave my nails healthy and smooth. I payed £18 for a rushed mani, shaped wrongly (my nails shape aren’t matching), cuticles weren’t removed and a air dried top coat. Unfortunately, the quality of treatment I received did not match the price I payed.

The service was terrible, I was made to feel as if I was an inconvenience as I was passed around between a trainee and another lady who tried to get my manicure done as fast as possible. This was because the lady I was booked in with had still barely acknowledged me 20 minutes after my appointment was due to start and hadn't finished with her previous customer by the time I left. I had a reduced price because Mia was a trainee (she was very nice) but I won't be visiting again.
