I thought Mia was a lovely lady and she had a very gentle touch, I enjoyed my facial with her very much and I would gladly ask for her again.
She did tell me she was a trainee, but in my opinion she is definitely more than that and a credit to your business.

One off to remove old gel and mini manicure. Strange atmosphere (have been before when lived in Cheltenham & top experience) Stilted communication. Inexprcd & nervous receptionist, little communication Waited 15 mins for pre-booked appt. Receptionist started. A few Remover pads/clips on (lopsided). Messy table (empty plastic coke bottle) Georgia appeared. No apol for lateness.Stilted conversation bordering on rude. V poor manicure. Uneven rough cut tips. Splodged oil on fingers, walked off.

The facial was great and exactly what I needed to calm and relax after a long, stressful week. Mia was fantastic I could hardly believe she had only been training for a short time. I will definitely be back for more treatments!

Fiest ever spray tan, manucure and pedicure. Loved the pampering aspect. Sharon made it more special by explaining every process, every step of the way, and appreciating how special it was for me. The end result is absolutely amazing.
