The trainee was diligent, eager to learn & listened carefully to all of the instructions. Only criticism was that the supervisor was loud & often shouting across into the next room instead of going through to speak to the individual staff members . Thank you very much the overall experience was amazing.

I’d never had a lash lift so didn’t really know what to expect but the results are amazing!! Trainee was attentive and thorough and has done an amazing job! I’ve had loads of compliments and this has totally sorted out my no mascara on holiday situation!
