The treatment that I booked wasn't anymore available in the salon and the time was 30 minutes instead of 1 hour that I booked. The staff spoke to me like it was my fault without apologies for all these.

The staff were lovely and the lady doing my wax was very chatting which made it enjoyable. They really know what they are doing at Finishing Touches - best wax I’ve ever got & it was not painful!!! Definitely recommend & I will be returning
