Lisa was absolutely fantastic. She made me feel very comfortable and was very friendly and professional. I am very pleased with the treatment I received and I would recommend it to others. I have recommended Finishing Touches to my friends as I was so impressed with the kindness and care that I received. I was a bit apprehensive when I arrived but Lisa soothed my nerves and was absolutely fantastic. She knew what she was doing and was well educated- explaining what she was doing as she went along. Great experience. Love the new location, so clean and fresh looking with bigger treatment rooms too. Maxine is always very talkative which is great and did a thorough job as always. I'd possibly add a radio for a bit of background music, and little stools in the rooms to stand belonging as well as the hooks on the walls.
