I was a bit nervous but my beauty therapist Lisa made me feel super comfortable and it was really quick. She was very friendly and the conversation made me feel at ease. If I need a quick break that is alright too. The wax wasn't maybe the best, there were still some hairs for me to pluck afterwards and I was in quite of bit of pain since a bit of skin had been ripped off. I do recommend it, decent wax for a good price. I have booked in my second appointment.
