I enjoyed my treatment although it wasnt very relaxing as I wasnt in a room on my own and there were a lot of distractions and noise. Pity as I would have gone back based on treatment
Aromatherapy Massage
The shop was very noisy and sounded like there was work going on. Blow heaters where use to heat the ship but it was very cold. No privacy in cubicles as it was open aired. Therapist did not introduce herself or give advice at any time.
Classic Facials
Treatment was ok. Staff were great. Loud noises in the shop can be heard in treatment room, loud heater, radio, telephone. Lights not dimmed. Wasn't overly relaxing but ok for the price. Probably wouldn't go back.
I think this was a really good deal, probably one of the greatest value mobdeals for birmingham. The facial was really good and so was the massage. I actually fell asleep in both of them they were really relaxing. The slimming treatment was alright i dont think it made much of a difference but it was explained to me that I would need to come for a few sessions to notice a change. I did have a really great day at finishing touches however i do agree with the other comments that the place is too small and you can hear everything that is going on in the other treatment rooms which is not ideal.

Although short of staff, I felt " looked after" the whole time I was there. The therapist - Lisa- knew exactly waht she she doing and explained each step of each treatment - what it was and the benefits of it. I had a facial, back massage and slimming treatment and enjoyed each one very much. Being in the City Centre made access very easy. All-in-all a really lovely experience and I will definitely go back
