The therapist was lovely, and the massage at the time seemed nice, but she kept rolling my trapezius over my scapula and as a result I ended up with an injured and very sore muscle which meant I had to take co-codamol and ibuprofen for the next few days! Now, I like sports/deep tissue massage, but this wasn't particularly deep and I think it was just down to a lack of A&P knowledge and palpation skills. The consultation was iffy to say the least however this was probably for the best as there was zero privacy, although the sound of the boiler (?) would probably have drowned out any private conversation. I also think the hygiene (of the salon only - the therapist was pristine) left a lot to be desired. Overall, I don't feel justified in complaining too much as I only paid a tenner, but I'm obviously not happy that I was injured.

The member of staff was really friendly and welcoming and the collagen facial was superb - skin looked and felt really good afterwards.
Slight disappointment on the small salon but great if you need to pop in during a work lunchtime for a quick treatment.

I was looking forward to it and was made to feel very welcome. I was a tad cold in the room where slimming treatments were and was glad to go into another room and lie on a heated blanket!
Lovely massage although a tad too hard in places as I am a wimp and also a facial!
My friend also came with me although she had not booked and had some treatments herself so we had a good day!

The lady who did my treatments was very friendly, which does not always happen so I have to give 5 stars for staff. The venue itself is not the most upscale but just don't go in expecting the full spa environment and you will be fine. Personally I feel that quality of treatments is more important. Recommended.

I had a back massage, face lifting facial and a slimming treatment. The slimming treatment inolved being wrapped and tied up to electronic pads I believe which buzzedevery couple of seconds for 30mins - weird but left dsired results as she measured me before and after. Then I had the facial which was really nice and made my skin really bright and fresh. The back massage was very good too. The Therapist was very friendly. The salon was a bit small with 3 'rooms' which had wall dividers so you could still hear others' conversation- I didn't mind. The major downfall was no toilet on site but it was only a couple of doors down. I would go again as the treatments were all new to me.
