I love First Glance, ive been a faithful customer for almost 20yrs. Neil knows my hair and thats such a reassurance in a hairdresser. Everything goes right 95% of the time and what I love is when the the very rare 5% happens, which is reality there is an action plan to make it right. Professional, welcoming and integrity are the right combinations for me. Thankyou Neil 😀
