If you want to leave the salon in tears, this is the place to go.
The experience was absolutely awful. I was repeatedly told how “damaged" my hair was. No one asked for that unsolicited opinion! The salon owner used completely the wrong tools for my hair type, pulling so hard that it was genuinely painful.
The salon was clearly overbooked; the owner was juggling three clients at once. What was meant to be a 40-min appointment was rushed through in just 15 minutes. I left feeling upset, in tears
