I had the phrizz o therapy treatment done for the first time at this salon. I have had it done in other salons so know how the procedure should be applied.
Unfortunately the treatment was completely ineffective as it was applied incorrectly. After washing my hair it was blow dried and then sprayed wet. The treatment is supposed to be applied to towel dry hair not blow dried hair as the treatment will not penetrate or bind properly to the hair when overly dry, limiting frizz-control benefits.
