Unfortunately the salon smells damp and is very run down, my consultation took place in the main waiting area and then my actual facial was stopped and started three times. When leaving/paying I was asked to pay a further fee of £8 because during the facial they’d used a small machine. Not a great experience definitely won’t be returning.
