Very warm and welcoming environment.
Was accommodated early as I arrived early
Really happy with the results of the threading
Massage was very relaxing, the room was a lovely ambience / warmth and the therapists were caring and delivered a top quality massage with careful adaptations in view of my pregnancy eg inclining the bed / altering pressure etc
