Waxing service in general was ok but standards of cleanliness were disappointing. Did not feel comfortable due to this. Room was full of clutter and did not look like a professional clean nice beauty salon at all. Should be fixed!

The facial was supposed to last for an hour including a 10 min shoulder massage but that wasn't offered, however the actual facial was fine.
Instead of 90 min for both , I was out within 75 min after both experiences.
