The hotel Staff were very nice and professional.
The spa treatment was excellent, we had a lovely time there. I wish the breakfast was served until a bit more late as it was 7-10
It stated we were getting a 40 minute treatment but by the time we sat down with the therapist chose your oil, got undressed etc you coukd easily take 10 minutes out the treatment time so it's a bit decieving you think you're getting a 40 minute treatment and you don't. The facilities were very good and the massage was very good despite it being short. Reception didn't know what they were doing, to the extent they didn't know if we had paid or not. And i specifically asked for certain food for the afternoon tea but this wasn't communicated to the catering staff.
My partner and her mum love here treatment here and would highly recommend this place
Lovely evening serenity experience including wine and cheeseboard following massage treatment. Use of pool and all facitilites included, only slight negative was a busy pool due to time of day.
Absolutely wonderful spa day. The best massage I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to return.
