We booked with Paula for our 4 year old son. She did a fab cut and was really gentle with him. Octonauts worked a treat to keep him entertained but she chatting to him about what she was doing in a reassuring way, taking his lead and supporting him through bits he wasn’t so keen on. He looks really smart. Great that they have a little kids space with some toys.
