Venue was not very clean. Customer change-over from the seats to scissors not cleaned or sanitised properly. Not very Covid-friendly.

I went in to get my haircut fixed. I had a bad haircut right before lockdown happened and I wasn't too happy with it so I gave it a month to see how my hair grew. I wasn't too happy and decided to book Flair after reading (carefully) the reviews especially about Detelina. I'm so glad she fixed my hair and knew the issues. My hair feels lighter and more even. She was so attentive to the details which I appreciate and knew the type of hair I had. She is amazing.

I managed to get a slot for a haircut before lockdown - they were really busy but the service was amazing. Very professional, straightforward and quick.
