I didn't have Elsa as when you select a stylist here you just get allocated whichever stylist is free next which is a bit frustrating. Cut wasn't exactly what I wanted but it was a quite a good cut

The lady I had (who was working on Friday 21st at 5:30) was absolutely lovely and did a great job. Made me feel very at ease and gave me good guidance for what I wanted. Walked out very happy with my haircut!!
