My hairdresser was quite friendly. However, the wash was uncomfortable and not relaxing - she kept accidentally knocking my ear piercing which I mentioned as it hurt (piercings quite recent) but she still did it a few more times, She also cut my hair shorter than I asked for. I ended up liking it and it is a nice cut though, so not too bad for the price overall. It also would have been nice to be offered a drink such as tea.

Elsa,was really confident when doing my hair. At first i was a bit nervous as i asked for ashy and it was a lot ashier than i'd ever seen it before. After a minute or two i really loved it and the blow dry was amazing. Def going back.
