Friendly but I didnt get the haircut I had asked for and when I asked for it to be changed she cut it very quickly and it was quite choppy and then she said shes not cutting it anymore. It’s been a few weeks and it still looks kind of bad,not worth £

I absolutely loved my cut by Elsa, I went in for a trim but she gave me a whole new style which she was right about! It looks much better than my previous length! I auvergne had lots of compliments about it so thank you Elsa!
