My hair came ok but I didn’t enjoy my experience at all. The haircut was extremely rushed as the salon was busy with walk in customers waiting to be seen. I was in the chair about 20 mins even though the appointment was for 45 - I didn’t want or need a complicated cut but it felt like they couldn’t wait to get me out. There was no consultation - my hairdresser didn’t meet me until after my hair had already been washed so she didn’t see my style before. I felt that the hairdresser wanted to do her own thing rather than what I had asked for - I had to be quite insistent over how I wanted my fringe cut and was made to feel that I didn’t know what I was talking about. Such a shame as the salon itself is nice and is very local to me but I won’t be returning.
