This salon seems like a good place to go for a quick trim, but I’d probably go elsewhere for my colour in future. Whilst it’s not a complete disaster, I’ve definitely had much more natural, blended looking balayage in the past. I don’t know whether there was miscommunication with the stylist but she did seem a bit like she was doing what she wanted rather then what I requested. Also there was a sense she was rushing to get it done as the salon was extremely busy and the stylists were scrambling to fit clients in. For the amount paid, I think you can find other salons which really specialise in balayage and give great results, plus have a much more luxurious experience.
