There was a staff shortage so my hair appointment was very rushed - was only there for 30mins! My hairstyle is fine but I could tell my stylist was being made to hurry so didn’t give me a full consultation & only shampooed my hair (no conditioner). I would go back to Flair again though.

I spent double time at the saloon without getting the results that I needed and had to pay extra money as well despite getting a deal from Treatwell.
