Elena did my Keratin Treatment. She was great, explained the process and what to except, couldn’t fault her.
The salon was clean and staff all very friendly.
This was my first keratin treatment so I had no idea what to expect.
The process took about 2 1/2 hrs and when I left my hair was super straight and felt like normal. I was told to wait three days before I washed it although I believe this isn’t essential. I chose to wait. I initially got this treatment as my hair was in awful condition and extremely frizzy (bleached blonde and straightened often).
Results: There are still a few fly aways however the over result is so much better. I haven’t needed to straighten my hair since and the result is soft and still has volume not like dead straight and flat which I was worried about as my hair is thin. Overall I would definitely recommend this treatment and this salon.

I didn't like that my hairdresser spent the first few minutes with me on the phone to someone and trying to comb and cut hair with one hand, didn't feel like she was paying much attention

As a gal with long thick hair it can be hard to let go and trust a new hairdresser. I had been growing out my hair from a bad cut elsewhere about a year ago, and was very nervous about wasting a years worth of time and growth on another 'scissor happy' experience.. But I had nothing to worry about! All the staff where lovely, Eisa made time to get to know what I wanted properly and gave me a cut I absolutely love! Very knowledgeable, and made you feel very comfortable. I feel like a new me! I will 100% be coming back here from now on, can't recommend enough!
