The staff here are always super friendly and it’s a lovely experience but ultimately I didn’t get the cut I asked for this time. I asked for layers and got a blunt cut instead which - although looked nice when styled in the salon - looks silly on my long thick hair when dried myself. More time was spent brushing out my curls than on the actual cut. Really nice guy, maybe I didn’t communicate clearly enough, but am probably going to go somewhere else now to get what I wanted.
