Hi all, well my visit to this place was through Wowcher and I was looking forward to my white caviar deep conditioning and hair cut. When I go there it seemed like a very minimalistic place (which may have been because they were renovating the place) but did not have the hair and beauty feel to it unfortunately.
The two staff that were there were very friendly and chatty which unfortunately was the only nice part of my visit. I was disappointed that the white caviar deep conditioning was no where near the experience I was expecting. The conditioner was left in my hair for a few minutes and then rinsed off and that was it. Not even a lil scalp massage?? I didn't notice the conditioner doing anything to my hair and it is safe to say my Dove conditioner at home does a hundred times better. In fact my hair became more frizzy. I therefore thought it was not value for money on the conditioning part otherwise it was not bad.
