Unfortunately I would not go again. The staff was nice, but sadly I was not happy with treatment at all.
This venue has a really good service and the staff is really nice and proffessional. Definitely I will go back.
Lovely people - really super friendly receptionist in particular. The salon is bright and clean and great location for Angel tube.
The ombre treatment wasn't the best though. Bless, they were so nice in trying to fix it, and I came back the next day for another 4 hours in the chair with no charge but unfortunately still left with the brassy orange tones I was trying so hard to avoid! The ends of my hair have now been so overly bleached I'm considering a drastic chop to fix.
The staff was very nice here but unfortunately, really didn't seem to know what they were doing. As the hours are limited, it is very difficult to make an appointment here.
When I finally did come in, I brought a number of pictures of the edgy lob style I wanted for my haircut and the stylist seemed to understand and told me she would show me how to style it to match, which was great! However, when it came down to it, she did not seem to know how to execute. She left it longer than I had requested and left it very heavy (I have a lot of hair so this is easy to do but would have been nice if she had thinned it out a bit). As far as styling goes, she blew it out to look like full on mom-hair - the complete opposite of the edgy, tousled lob I requested. When I asked her about styling it like the picture, she basically said I could buy a sea salt spray and scrunch it with my hands; my hair is very straight and this would literally do nothing. I was very disappointed overall and got another haircut a week later. I wouldn't recommend you waste your money here.

it is always very good to have a cut at london beauty company. the cuts are very good and the girls are lovely!
