I absolutely LOVE my new hair!
I've been highlighting my hair for around 15 years and the ombre was going to be a big change for me so I popped in for a consultation with Charlee the day before my appointment. She really seemed to know what she was talking about and the salon was very nice with friendly staff so it really put me at ease.
On the day I really wasn't disappointed, everything went as I expected and my hair looks great, I'll definitely be back!
Very clean facility just down the end of Chapel Market. A bit hard to spot, as there is no sign over the door. Nice ambience and nice staff. My haircut looks great and was well-needed, and I was happy to have a nice head massage during the wash!

Definitely would recommend.! Charlee did an amazing job with my highlights, she's a very good hairdresser asking all the right questions. By just looking at my hair she was able to tell what was required for me to go lighter without causing too much damage. Overall I'm very happy with the service and will be back!
I arrived at the salon 10min early for my 15:30 appointment and was asked to take a seat. Nobody asked me what my name was or if I'd like water or anything. I waited for half an hour to be seen. My treatment started at 16:00.
The young lady who cut my hair was left alone in the salon and she was doing the best she could, but I believe it is not good enough from a management and customer service point of view. The haircut itself is fine and she did a good job there: it was only a trim. However, the blowdry didn't completely dry my hair and I also believe the shampoo wasn't rinsed out completely, so my hair was thick and a bit wet when I left the salon.
I don't usually leave negative reviews as I try to understand things do happen and we are human and all. But this was a bad experience for me. I will not go back to this salon.
