The staff are lovely and presentable while the vicinity is clean and has a fresh look.
The young lady who did my treatment and blow dry is talented and gentle, which I prefer in a hairdresser.
I had the hair stylist, Charley. She was great. Ver welcoming, chatty, and gave me good advice on what to do with my hair. The Salon is easy to miss on Chaple Market, but is clean and airy and i felt pampered.
Great cut. She listened to what I wanted and then gave some good advice. No nasty surprises at the end of the appointment, just a really nice cut and great for friendly service.
Great cut and blow dry and the staff are lovely. The salon was quite bare though. Will definitely return for a cut.
I've had a few hair disasters of late and bad highlight jobs that I'd been growing out. Taking this into account, I have a current "fear" of new hairdressers. This fear was firmly laid to bed in London Beauty Company yesterday. I really liked the open, bright airiness of the place. The staff were lovely and welcoming. I was greeted immediately and given an excellent and clear explanation. My hairdresser listened to me and what had happened to my hair (previous disasters!) and gave me best advice about what she could do for me now to get my hair back to former glory. She worked really neatly, quickly and well (fastest highlights I've ever had). The place wasn't too noisy or hot. She didn't realise I wanted a full blowdry too at booking, not a rough dry (state at booking what you want). She was fully booked for afternoon but made huge efforts to get another colleague in, which she managed to, and I left with lovely, even, blonde highlights and a really excellent blowdry (extra £25, but very reasonable given full head of highlights such good value). Very happy, would definitely recommend and go back! This is a new salon and I wish these guys the best.
