I had Chris as my stylist. It was my first visit but I can happily say that this will now be my go to. Chris listened to all that I said and took it into account. He taught me how to style my new cut and what products to look for. I really appreciate the time taken and I love my hair! Thank you.

Terrible experience - the stylist insulted my hair the minute I arrived. The water she used to wash it was freezing. Then she proceeded to do the exact opposite of what I had asked for - I wanted a simple blow dry and she proceeded to use a GHD which I told her would not hold, I know my hair. By the time I got home I had to re-do my hair myself, ahead of a big event. Upon leaving they tried to tell me I had been to the salon before, even though it was my first visit. A bizarre and awful visit.

I didn’t enjoy the experience very much but I think it was down to my stylist rather than the salon on the whole. I didn’t find her particularly professional in her interactions with me or with other staff. blow dry technique was rushed and rough.
