The worst blowdry I've ever had, plus the stylist had a serious attitude problem. I was shouted at by the stylist, in front of other customers, when I said I wasn't happy, and left the salon with one side of my hair curly and one side straight. Would never go back again.
I had a wash and cut with Mark at Flanx. This was my first time here. The staff are all very friendly. Mark gave a great head massage after hair wash and very attentive with his cut.
Was made to feel so welcome and the haircut was second to none.
