Loved the Decor and cleanliness of the place, however staff seemed off and slightly rude. Over priced for just a gel manicure.
I attended the salon at my appointment time, and the building was shuttered closed. There was no answer on the telephone and no communication that the appointment was not going to go ahead. I waited for about 20 minutes and no one turned up.
This is appalling and unprofessional.
This was not a Treatwell error - the salon has the opening times visible in the window and was meant to be open.
