I love my new hair!
The salon was well organised, everything and everyone was in their place, providing reassurance that there was no risk of infection. Everything had a system and a routine and the staff knew exactly what to do.
Gemma was confident and reassuring and transformed my overgrown, greying lockdown hair into fabulous new locks.
All staff wore blinged-up personal protective equipment.
Customers are required to wear a face-mask at all times.
Overall, a great experience.

Always have great service, Jess is always so lovely and helpful. She provides advice and guidance on the best colours to have and cuts beautifully. The salon have been exceptional in following the new COVID-19 guidelines. This did not impact on my experience either.
