This was my first experience in a hair salon and I was unsure about what to expect but the experience was wonderful! Jessica was absolutely lovely, she was very chatty, friendly and reassuring. I put all of my trust in Jessica as I was unsure what to do with my hair and she did an absolutely brilliant job. At every stage or the treatment, Jessica explained the next stages, what to expect and what she was going to do. I am so pleased with the finished result. I will be returning:)!
