Staff nails were so long she kept scratching my neck leaving me with red marks.
The staff ignored my recommendation of chosen hair cut and instead proceeded to cut so fast she lost track of the style requested, leaving me with a cut nothing like the image she was shown.
She then proceeded to curl my hair of which I did not request or want and she then tried to straighten it to no avail. It just looked awful.
I had to go elsewhere to try and resolve the bad cut it was uneven either side and the fringe was not cut to the requested image.
I was not happy as the whole experience was rushed.
Additionally everyone in the salon was offered tea and coffee but I was not.
So I am very sorry to say this was the worst experience at a hair salon I have ever had. I really hope you can improve in the future as salons in small communities are essential.
