Impossible to review as when I arrived at the salon it was closed. Somehow Treatwell had allowed me to book an appointment for a day that the salon wasn’t open.
Having contacted the salon they informed me that they had tried to notify me via email and telephone, which I totally dispute as they have previously contacted me before with no issues. I had a bland apology from the team and asked me to book again, I was going on holiday the next day so that was no use to me. Very disappointed ☹️
