Gemma is always welcoming with a friendly smile, even when busy Gemma makes sure to acknowledge your arrival into the salon. I'm growing my hair at the moment and Gemma takes the time to discuss how my hair has Benen since my previous appointment and what I want from this visit and my plans. Do I have anything coming up I particularly want to look extra special for. Gemma is always attentive and understands my needs. I've already booked my next 3 hair appointments.
