I really dread going to get my haircut, but Gemma and the team were fantastic and really made me feel at ease. Gemma did a superb job on my hair, which hadn't been cut in a number of years. I will definitely return to this salon!

I’ve used Flawless for approx 8 years. I’ve always felt comfortable with Gemma and the girls. Everyone is welcoming and considerate. The staff accommodate changes to my appointments when work gets in the way!
Under Gemma’s guidance and tuition, the juniors have flourished and I am happy for them to colour, cut and style my ageing hair, bringing it back to health and lustre.
There’s always a broom sweeping up between clients, keeping the salon clean, tidy and well organised.
