I'm growing my hair at the moment and Gemma takes the time to discuss how my hair has Benen since my previous appointment and what I want from this visit and my plans. Do I have anything coming up I particularly want to look extra special for. Gemma is always attentive and understands my needs. I've already booked my next 3 hair appointments.
