Had a amazing experience at the clinic, I was greeted with a smile and walked to the waiting area. It’s a lovely atmosphere in the clinic and my therapist put me at ease as I was worried about having fat freeze done! The treatment itself was done to a very high standard. I will 100% be returning to finish my course of treatments! X

It was all very professional, I was greeted when I entered and was seen straight away. I was guided through what was happening and it was so relaxing.

I was seen 45 minutes late and wasn’t happy with the finish, the therapist was lovely but overall not a great experience. It’s even more annoying to keep being told ‘just a minute’ for 45 minutes.
