We are re-launching in April 2016 with a brand new Float centre located in St George Wharf, Vauxhall in London.

The Floatworks has changed over 150,000 lives by helping customers to Be Happier. Live Healthier. Perform better. Founded in 1993, The Floatworks has sent more than 150,000 customers back into the world feeling happier and healthier than when they arrived.

As the leading pioneer of floatation, we exist to create transformational and long lasting experiences for our customers. The people we hire, our customers and our partners are what make our company great.

The Floatworks started in 1993 in a small unit in Clink Street SE1. We built two floatation rooms and installed two old coffin style float tanks. Despite the old school float tank design, the experience of floatation left such a profound relaxation impact on our customers that word spread rapidly and soon we expanded to 3 tanks!

In our quest to provide the best floatation experience on earth, we upgraded to the latest float tank technology and continued to expand. By 2009, we had a new 9 tank centre and 1,500 customers every month! Unfortunately, the building that we called home was redeveloped and we had to find a new home.

In 2016 the Floatworks journey continues with a new series of float centres in London.

Our new high specification float centre is situated next door to Vauxhall station, in a tranquil courtyard at St Georges Wharf.

The centre is equipped with knowledgeable staff, guided by our original founder and floatation guru, Tim Strudwick. Our i-sopod floatation tanks are created by our industry leading team and the design and functionality of the pod is far superior to any other pod on the market.

This is the first of many brand new Floatworks float centres for the people of London.
