Had my hair cut twice here - the first time a complete restyle (very long to short), and the second time to a shorter style. Loved it both times, and really appreciated his attention to detail. The first time particularly he did a very good job of interpreting my vague wishes - I knew I wanted shorter but was up for a bit of a surprise as I didn't have anything exact in mind. They were running slightly late on both occasions though that may have just been bad luck, and I certainly didn't feel rushed as a result.
