I had a full head of highlights and I'm really satisfied with the colour, they've done it so well. It's really good value for money. But the only criticism i'd give is that the women who did my hair spoke very little english and did the job very slowely which meant another hair stylist had to jump in and finish the job - which meant i ended up being in the salon for 4 and half hours, instead of 3-3.30.

I've been going to Flok for a while. Now I don't live in London anymore but I will definitely aim to book a haircut whenever I visit. Drini and everyone else are amazing professionals, the atmosphere is always welcoming and you will definitely get your money's worth. I always recommend this place to all my friends without hesitation.

The hairdresser really listened and the haircut was great. It was very quiet as it was the first Sunday they opened, so made a real change to have a haircut in peace! I also got honest advice about colour. Excellent.
