Elena is lovely, she is very welcoming and friendly and instantly made me feel comfortable in the salon. Her salon is very clean, beautifully decorated and the ambience is warm and inviting. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is my lash lift was a little too curly, - although elena was very helpful and when I informed her of this she fixed it free of charge. My lashes and Brow lamination look great and will definitely be returning.
