I usually have Katerina but this time she was not available so I had Ana. Right from the start I did not feel welcome and she looked upset. The treatment was a bit painful as she removed too much cuticle (I bled a bit). It was really unpleasant. If she does not like working on Sundays, she should maybe work somewhere else? She hardly ever talked to me during the whole treatment and I left feeling negative.

I was so happy with the whole experience and the result after! The staff was super friendly. I explained my concerns and Elena was very understanding and talked me through the whole process. Can really recommend this place!

They were really neat and warm. Generally removing gel extensions would damage my nails, but Ana paid attention and did it carefully. I like the result. Would definitely prefer them again
