When I arrived I wasn't greeted
The room was a bit chilly and I noticed there were no blankets on the massage couch so I asked for a blanket to cover myself with for when I got undressed
I was told I didn't need a blanket as I'm only having neck back & shoulder massage
So when I got undressed I lay on the couch with nothing to cover me
When she finished the massage she covered my back with a small hand towel which she said I could lay for 5mins
I didn't receive a full 30min massage
